Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory health and nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.


Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.



What is Peak Wellness Coaching?

Peak Wellness Coaching is a step-by-step process of learning to build a healthier and happier life while receiving the support you need to make it happen.  The goal is for your life to become more than you previousely imagined.



Peak Wellness Coaching is a proven method for improving your eating habits, your self confidence, your energy level, your relationships, and your overall  life satisfaction. It is guaranteed to change your life.



Clients consistently report that they have met and exceeded their goals within 3 -6 months of working with Christina, either in-person of by phone.  You'll have a new passion for life, as well as the motivation to keep making positive changes, even after you complete your coaching.

 

You have my full support to do this work, you don't have to do it alone.  This is a big part of why people are successful in the long-term.  In todays stressed and time strapped society, we just don't have the time to put a plan together and follow it through.  That's where health coaching comes in.  I will support you through the process in the way you need to be supported, to help you achieve the goals you want!

The Coaching Process

 

After working with hundreds of clients myself,  I've noticed that, while everyone is different, there is a similar process that clients go through during their coaching process.



The first step is too assess where you are now.  What has and hasn’t been working, and the obstacles that are in the way of you achieving your goals.  We will discuss in depth ailments that have been nagging you, such as headaches and migraines, weight loss resistance, digestive issues, an immune system that catches every cold or flu in circulation, stress and anxiety, and more.  We will discover how your diet affects your energy level and the foods that promote a better mood.  We will look at how you would you like your life to be, your belief systems, how your thoughts affect you, where you lack confidence, and who the people are who support you.



The second phase is about motivating yourself to take action.  You will learn to reduce your negative thinking, understand nutrition and lifestyle options that are tailored to you, and understand how to reach goals and naturally heal your body, and learn to take consistent action by remouving roadblocks before they appear. You will w You will build your confidence and self esteem, realize your worth, and stop letting others affect your happiness.  You will further develop more supportive relationships and build community.  


Thye final stage is where you reap the benefits of all your actions.  You will understand how to keep yourself motivated and appreciate your results.  You will stay focused on the positives. and fine tune your action plan, and align yourself with like-minded people.  You will develop your long-term plan for continued success and integrate changes into your life, permanently.
